September 24, 2012  By Ari Bendersky

Haberdash is at it again. The local men’s upscale retailer, located in River North, has gone back to the culinary well to once again showcase some of the city’s top restaurant industry guys wearing some pretty swank duds. Just as they did with the spring look book, Haberdash styled 12 chefs, bartenders and restaurateurs … and Eater has some of the first look teaser shots.

For this go-around, Haberdash nabbed Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm (Boka Restaurant Group), Arturo Gomez (Rockit, Sunda, Dragon Ranch), Anthony Martin (Tru), Tony Mantuano (Spiaggia, Bar Toma, Terzo Piano),Benjamin Newby (Drumbar), Worachai “Chao” Thapthimkuna and partner Mike Schatzman (Union Sushi), Danny Shapiro (Scofflaw), Michael Simon (The Bedford, Carriage House), Bill Kim (BellyQ, Urban Belly) and Art Smith (Table 52).

The full images will be revealed at a release party on Oct. 5 at the Ivy Room (12 E. Ohio) starting at 7 p.m. Tickets (available at Haberdash at 607 and 611 N. State or by calling 312-646-7875) are $75 and proceeds will benefit Common Threads. Partygoers will get food and drink offerings from Bar Toma, Boka, City Winery, Drumbar, Rockit Bar & Grill, Table 52 and Union Sushi.

Guests can also get a limited edition copy of the book, titled No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service, which features the guys dressed in brands like LBM1911, New England Shirt Co., Levi’s, Alden, Red Wing, Woolrich and more.
